If you’re dreaming of a fun and truly iconic Las Vegas elopement, there’s honestly no place quite like Fremont Street


As a Las Vegas elopement photographer, Fremont Street is one of my favorite locations for couples who want their wedding photos

to feel energetic, colorful, playful, and uniquely Vegas. Between the vintage casinos, neon lights, old-school signs, live music, and the downtown atmosphere, this area offers some of the most unforgettable backdrops in the city.

How Much Time Do You Need?

This is one of the most common questions I get as a Las Vegas wedding photographer.


For Fremont Street alone, I usually recommend a minimum of 1 hour. Since it’s a long street with a huge variety of backdrops and photo opportunities, 1.5 hours is ideal if you’d like enough time to fully explore the area.


Elopement Tips:

  • Wear Comfortable Shoes. You’ll likely walk more than expected between locations.
  • Weekdays Are Less Crowded. Fewer people in the background of your photos.
  • Bring Champagne or Fun Props. Fremont Street is the perfect location to pop champagne or include fun props that make your session feel more personal and playful.

Fremont Street at Night vs. During the Day

Fremont Street offers two completely different experiences depending on the time of day.


At night, the neon signs come alive, creating the colorful, energetic, and unmistakably Vegas atmosphere that Fremont is famous for. It’s perfect for couples who want bold, vibrant, romantic, and playful photos surrounded by the city’s nightlife.


During the day, Fremont has a quieter feel that allows its vintage casinos, colorful murals, and retro architecture to stand out. Daytime photos are typically brighter and more relaxed, making them ideal for couples who prefer a classic, nostalgic look.
